The Commitment
Reimagen is committed to making this website usable for everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. Reimagen aims to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard widely referenced under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
What Has Been Done
- Keyboard access: a skip-to-content link and navigable menus that respond to keyboard and Escape.
- Motion: video and animation respect your reduce motion system setting, showing still frames instead.
- Contrast: text is checked against WCAG AA contrast ratios.
- Forms: the contact form has labeled fields, announced errors, and confirmation feedback.
- Media: decorative video is hidden from screen readers; embedded video players expose their own controls and captions.
Known Limitations
Some embedded video is served through third-party players (such as YouTube) whose interface Reimagen does not fully control. Where captions are available, they are provided by the platform. Reimagen is working to improve these areas over time.
Feedback
If you encounter a barrier on this site, or need information in a different format, Reimagen will respond promptly and work to fix it. Email info@reimagen.ai and include the page and the problem you ran into.
Ongoing Work
Accessibility is an ongoing effort, not a one-time fix. Reimagen reviews the site as it changes and updates this statement as improvements are made.
